Family and ride use

Users are responsible for providing accurate information, following applicable transportation laws, and only sharing rides with people they trust.

Location sharing

Live location is a safety feature, not a guarantee of arrival time, safety, or uninterrupted service. Users control when an active trip is shared.

Payments

Carpalo Plus is a recurring subscription when purchased. Billing and payment processing are handled through Stripe.

Safety

Carpalo does not replace a parent's judgment, appropriate supervision, seat-belt or child-restraint requirements, or applicable school and transportation rules.
